The ALC (Agent Leadership Council) is a group of top-producing agents in a KW market center who help lead, guide, and shape the direction of the office. They collaborate with leadership to protect the culture, improve productivity, and ensure agents’ needs are met.

The ALC helps:

• Set goals and standards for the office
   
• Provide feedback & guidance to leadership
   
• Create and run committees (culture, growth, education, etc.)
   
• Support newer agents
   
• Maintain KW’s culture and values
   
• Influence decisions that shape the market center’s success
   

They meet regularly (often monthly) and serve as the voice of the agents.
